This policy explains what Data Brokering ("Data Brokering", "we", "us") collects when you use databrokering.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Innovate More LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, doing business as Data Brokering. We offer strategy calls and AI data brokerage territory builds to qualified business owners.
This policy covers the Site, the application form and strategy calls. Company data handled inside a partner's territory is covered by separate written agreements with the companies involved, not by this policy.
What we collect
Application form
Your name, email, phone number (optional), what you do today, the industry and region you want, the capital you have set aside and your monthly ad budget. The form is hosted on our own server; no third-party form tool receives it.
Strategy calls
The time of your call and anything you share on it. If a call is recorded, we tell you and ask for your consent first. You can say no and the call still happens.
Site visits
Standard server logs: IP address, browser, referring page and the page viewed. The Site does not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Messages you send us and the address you send from, kept so we can follow up.
How we use it
- To review your application and run the strategy call and its follow-up.
- To send transactional messages: call confirmations, calendar invites and reminders. If you gave us your phone number, we may call or text you about your application only.
- To improve our offer using aggregated, anonymised application answers.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:
- Hostinger: website hosting and the server that stores application form answers.
- Cloudflare: domain name (DNS) service.
- Google Fonts: serves the Site's fonts, which means your browser sends its IP address to Google when the page loads.
- Our email and calendar providers: to send confirmations, invites and replies.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose data to law enforcement or courts only when legally required, and only the minimum needed.
Cookies
The Site sets no tracking cookies. If you are an approved partner using our internal tools, a login cookie keeps you signed in; it is not used for tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it ("right to be forgotten") or to restrict how we process it. Send requests to info@innovatemore.ai or by post to the address below.
- EU and UK residents also have GDPR rights, including data portability and the right to object to processing.
- California residents have CCPA rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
- Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) can use the same rights through the same contact.
We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Retention
- Application and call data: 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a partner, it is kept for the length of your partner agreement plus 24 months.
- Server logs: 14 days.
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted connections (TLS). Application data is stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to the people who need it to review applications. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we make material changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change substantively affects your rights, we email subscribed users.
