These Terms govern your use of databrokering.ai (the "Site") and any strategy call you book through it. The Site is operated by Innovate More LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Data Brokering ("Data Brokering", "we", "us"). By using the Site or booking a call, you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
What this Site is
The Site describes our offer to build and run an AI data brokerage territory for qualified business owners ("partners"). Content on the Site, including the earnings calculator, is general information and education only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer of securities. Any engagement after a strategy call is governed by a separate written partner agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.
Strategy calls
A strategy call is a 30-minute introductory conversation. It is not a binding commitment for either side, and either side may decline to go further after the call. No payment is taken on or before the call.
Earnings and investment risk
Owning a business carries risk, and you can lose the capital you put in, including your ad spend. Figures on the Site are public third-party figures, average market numbers or industry benchmarks (for example FRANdata, IFA Economic Outlook and Statista). They are not typical, not guaranteed and not a forecast of your results.
The earnings calculator is an illustration built from average market numbers and the inputs you choose. Ad costs, lead quality, close rates, deal timing and commissions vary by territory and company. Deal values are set by the buyer. The $300K to $400K figure is an average deal-fee total per 100 deals, not a promise of your fees. Do your own diligence and consult your own advisors before you commit.
Guarantees
Guarantees described on the Site, including the 100 Deal Guarantee, apply only to partners with a signed partner agreement, and only as written in that agreement. The agreement sets out the full conditions, and we walk through them line by line on the strategy call before any payment. Nothing on the Site creates a guarantee on its own.
No affiliation with third parties
Mentions of Mercor, Scale AI, Surge AI, Handshake, micro1, MicroAGI, Forbes, OpenAI, Anthropic and other companies are descriptive only. Data Brokering is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- harass our team, partners or customers;
- interfere with the Site or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation;
- bypass any access control, including on our internal partner tools;
- submit false information on the application form.
Intellectual property
The Site's copy, design, code, graphics, calculator and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your personal evaluation of our offer.
Third-party services
The Site relies on Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS) and Google Fonts (fonts), and we may use email and calendar providers to schedule calls. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that its information is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Brokering, Innovate More LLC and their officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or a strategy call, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a strategy call is limited to $100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence where the law forbids limiting it.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or a strategy call will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or join a class action against us.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update. Material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted at the top of this page.
